Our CDM Consultants have a solid background in construction, architecture and project management and are qualified to HSE requirements, and can work as independent consultants or as part of an integrated team with Lee Evans Partnership.
The CDM Regulations were established in 1995 to help address the poor health and safety record within construction – historically the UK’s most dangerous industry. The Regulations focus attention on health and safety issues to ensure they can be addressed at an early stage, enabling appropriate management of risks to prevent ill health, harm and, in the worst cases, death.
