We recognise that a community is not just housing but a place where people can live, work, play and study. Good design promotes social interaction and we are committed to placemaking, creating living environments which generate a sense of ownership, community, and their own distinctive identity. Project types include, community centres, commercial centres, leisure centres, sports clubs and village halls. We have extensive experience of securing funding from the lottery and other sources and are very successful in helping community groups make applications for relevant grants.
