St Mary's
Chilham, Kent 2001

Organ builders, Browns of Ash, advised that the fine Victorian organ, deteriorating in the south transept could be compressed into a much smaller space. The organ's casing was rebuilt by a local craftsman and moved into the north transept in front of the vestry, to create a better relationship with the choir and additional security for the vestry behind.
