The gym occupies a prime location overlooking an ancient lake towards the old Georgian manor house. Windows on the front facade at first floor level now capitalise on these views. To the rear a ceiling to floor wall of translucent bricks, using the innovative building component Kalwall, floods light into the building and effectively obscures views over neighbouring housing. To increase the accommodation size a mezzanine floor has been introduced to house the IT centre.
