Lee Evans Partnership has now completed the first two phases of a £29m 3-phase redevelopment at Central Sussex College's Haywards Heath campus. Phase 1, a new performing arts facility, is a £9.8 million investment, which includes The Hub, a new theatre space, seating 260; two rehearsal studios; two dance studios; a state-of-the-art music suite - designed in collaboration with the Brighton Institute of Modern Music (BIMM).
