The overall design is based on two teaching wings which run either side of a main concourse housing the communal student facilities. Phase 3, due to commence on site in Autumn 2008, will feature a modern central concourse; on the ground floor this will provide social space and access to student welfare, a café and the Hub (the College's new theatre), and on the first floor access to learning resources.
