Lee Evans Partnership’s commission was to design a major new £4m extension for one of Britain’s leading health spas incorporating a spacious classical 25 metre swimming pool with adjoining spa, changing rooms with sauna and steam facilities, an exercise gymnasium, and mezzanine restaurant overlooking the new pool and terrace.  The extension also included a new kitchen suite with adjoining private dining room, card room, staff block and 28 additional bedrooms.
