Liberty Square, a new shopping and office area, sits right at the centre of Kings Hill, a new town being created in West Kent on a disused airfield. The project was designed for large American developers, Rouse Kent, in conjunction with Kent County Council, and won the Kent Design Building Design Awards 2005 for the Best Retail Scheme in the Commercial, Industrial and Retail Category.
