Marguerita completed her part three at the Bartlett School of Architecture in Summer 2015, and joined Lee Evans Partnership in May 2016.
Marguerita has a variety of experience in different sectors and has worked on many projects within a multitude London Boroughs and further afield. Her time working in London has enabled her with good understanding of the London Planning process’, and constraints of site. Her first three years in practice focused on high end residential, refurbishment and conservation projects of varying scales, often working with existing buildings, within Conservation Areas, Listed Buildings or complicated sites.
She enjoys working closely with clients to deliver projects that holistically respond to the needs of the client and users, whilst maintaining a sensitivity to the site, and wider context. Marguerita’s architectural influence stems from her years studying adjacent to Mackintosh’s Glasgow School of Art, and time spent travelling.
