NEW!    Architectural Technician with Revit – LONDON

We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Architectural Technician with strong Revit skills to join our Central London studio.

You will bring your architectural and technical detailing experience to assist the existing team to help model live projects.  You must have solid experience of working on UK projects, and be able to demonstrate your understanding of technical detailing, as well as family and library content creation.

Candidates must be fully proficient in Revit as well as experienced in AutoCAD, Navisworks and Dynamo.  Your portfolio must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of construction and technical drawings of UK projects.

Town Planner – 2 Years Post Qualified  – CANTERBURY

We currently have a vacancy in our Canterbury studio and are looking to appoint a talented Town Planner with good technical understanding with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification UK experience, who is able to work on their own initiative.

The candidate must be RTPI registered.


Junior Town Planner – CANTERBURY

Lee Evans Planning are looking for a motivated and forward thinking junior planner to join their busy Canterbury office.

This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career in the planning industry and work on a wide range of projects.  The candidate will assist the Partners and Associates of both the Planning and Architectural studios, and will develop their own client base. We work in a fast paced environment often with strict deadlines, so an ability to effectively manage your own workload and client expectations with limited supervision is expected.

The successful candidate will either have, or be working towards, a Masters in Town Planning and achieving chartered status with the RTPI, and will ideally have either some public or private sector experience.

The role will involve, but is not limited to, the following:
  • Planning applications and appeals
  • Site appraisals and feasibility assessments
  • Development plan representations
  • Comprehensive and confident client advice
  • Ideally holding an RTPI accredited town planning qualification (2:1 or higher), or working towards such, together with good A Level grades
  • Ideally some private or public sector experience
  • Excellent written, analytical and interpersonal skills

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
