At either end of the barn custom-built glass spiral staircases lead up to first floor level. An important feature of the design is the sweeping view from the first floor library/gallery from which it is possible to see the full length of the barn and appreciate the proportions of the intact 17th Century structure. A bed-deck and an innovative bathroom ‘pod’ are situated above the kitchen. The master bedroom and en suite are located immediately above the downstairs bedrooms.
