The scheme provides 34 bed spaces of housing for single adults of both sexes. Cluster flats, with each cluster of up to six bedrooms with its own living area, kitchen and shared bathroom, account for 30 bed spaces. There are also six self-contained flats and four single self-contained flats for people who require less support. The remaining two, 2- bedroom flats offer short-term accommodation for two families.
