            <description>The Neville Childhood Epilepsy Centre, beat off strong competition to win the LABC South East Building Excellence Award in the Best Community Development category.  The new centre was designed by Lee Evans Partnership LLP and built by Buxton Building Contractors Ltd for The National Centre for Young People with Epilesy (NCYPE) in Lingfield, Surrey.</description>

            <title>Medway Park's new facilities receive international plaudits</title>
            <description>Medway Park, Medway's new centre of sporting excellence, part funded by the Government and the University of Kent at Medway, has successfully hosted the third round of the Modern Pentathlon World Cup.  The four-day competition was the first test for the £11 million facility, which was completed just last month. The feedback from the international teams was very positive, with Dr Klaus Schormann, president of the International Union of Modern Pentathlon (UIPM), describing it as a “special destination” during his closing speech.</description>
