The Practice has a wealth of experience working with clients to meet their needs and aspirations to develop projects that fit within their environment. This fit is often addressed simply and economically through good design practice including solar orientation and insulation levels through to the choice of materials, construction methods and integration of low energy systems. The above projects demonstrate a range of sustainable features including rainwater harvesting, solar and wind power (Shorne Wood); greywater recycling (Wilmington); solar exchangers (Coniston Court); a ground source heat pump (Petham) and the use of straw in construction (Straw Bale House).
