Oyster Reach, Whitstable

  • Studios: Architecture
  • Client: Masonry Frame Systems
  • Location: Whitstable, Kent
  • Completed: 2014

Oyster Reach has been carefully designed to be sympathetic to the surrounding properties whilst taking full advantage of the prestigious seafront location.

The unusual wedge shaped site has led to splayed floor plans creating an interesting layout of outstanding design quality of living and standard of finish.

The development consists of five, two-bedroom apartments, each with fabulous seat views and private balconies.

A ‘fabric first’ approach was adopted for the design, following Passivhaus principles to ensure the highest level of sustainable design was achieved.
