Completed in multiple phases, and requiring extensive assistance from our planning team due to local restrictions and the rural location, this industrial park provides office, light industrial and warehouse units for various local companies.
The site was located on a Greenfield site, with all new infrastructure to serve the units required, including services, road access provisions, etc.
Design of the units was carefully considered to ensure the scale and mass of the buildings was sympathetic to their surrounds – with the shape of each unit designed to also reduce their scale and visual impact
