Spotlight: Elouise Mitchell to Speak at Kent Construction Expo
We’re delighted that Elouise Mitchell, Associate Planning Consultant at LEP, will be joining the panel “Leading the Way: Building Tomorrow’s Construction Leaders” at this year’s Kent Construction Expo. The session will explore how the industry can inspire and support future leaders, sharing practical strategies and success stories on nurturing and retaining young talent.
About Elouise Mitchell
Elouise is a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with an LLB and MSc. She began her career in Local Authority planning before moving into the private sector, gaining valuable experience as Planning Manager for a national housebuilder. She returned to LEP in March 2023 as a Senior Planning Consultant, and was promoted to Associate in 2024 in recognition of her leadership and commitment to the profession.
Her achievements include:
- RTPI South East Young Planner of the Year 2024
- Finalist in the SECBE Future Leader Awards 2024
- Committee member of Women in Planning Kent
To say that we’re proud of Elouise’s accomplishments would be an understatement — she continues to showcase her skills, drive, and passion for the industry.
