James Qualifies as an Architect!
Congratulations to James Croke on Qualifying as an Architect!
We’re thrilled to share that James has officially qualified as an Architect, successfully completing his RIBA Part 3 at the University of Westminster — a major professional milestone and a proud moment in his architectural journey.
James joined Lee Evans Partnership in October 2023 as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, and soon after took the bold step of embarking on his Part 3 studies. Balancing full-time project work with academic commitments is no small feat, and this achievement is a true testament to his commitment, design talent, and drive to excel in the profession.
With several years of experience already under his belt, James has worked on a range of education, residential, and community/mixed-use projects, consistently demonstrating a keen design eye and thoughtful approach to architecture. His qualification not only marks the culmination of an eight-year professional journey, but also solidifies his expertise and capability as a practicing architect.
Reflecting on his achievement, James said:
I am pleased to have passed the RIBA Part 3 course at the University of Westminster and now hold the title of Architect. This marks the culmination of an eight-year journey that has allowed me to develop both personally and professionally, preparing me for the next stage of my career.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my friends, family and everyone at LEP for their guidance and encouragement throughout my professional development. Their support has been invaluable in helping me reach this point in my career.
Looking forward, I am excited to continue contributing to the ambitious projects at LEP, refining my approach to design and further developing as a practicing architect.
We’re proud to celebrate this achievement with James and look forward to seeing how he continues to shape, create, and inspire as part of the LEP team.
Congratulations, James — a well-earned success!
