Charlotte joined L E P in November 2022 as a Conservation Architect, and was promoted to Heritage Lead Architect in 2025.
Qualifying as an architect in 2018, Charlotte has built her experience in conservation architecture, with a portfolio ranging from the reordering of medieval churches, to more contemporary extensions and alterations within the historic built environment.
Charlotte welcomes and enjoys the challenges that working with historic structures presents; finding solutions to conserve, adapt and reuse our historic buildings, thus preserving history for future generations in ways that meets the needs of today.
Since joining the practice, Charlotte has played a pivotal role in delivering sensitive and insightful conservation architecture, making a real impact across a diverse range of heritage projects. Her expertise, passion for historic environments, and collaborative approach have earned her recognition both within our team and among our clients.
Charlotte was promoted to Heritage Lead Architect in 2025. This new role marks an exciting step as Charlotte takes a leading role in continuing our proud tradition of heritage and conservation work, ensuring it remains a core strength of our multi-disciplinary practice.
