Graduate Planner – Canterbury/Flexible

Are you a highly-motivated and forward-thinking graduate planning consultant looking for a new challenge? Lee Evans Partnership is on the hunt for dynamic and driven team players to join their busy planning team.

The Role:

The role will involve, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Planning support
  • Conditions work
  • Planning applications and appeals
  • Site appraisals and feasibility assessments
  • Development plan representations

Skills & Qualifications:

We are seeking applications from graduate planners/junior planning consultants at all levels of experience due to our busy workload.  However, all applicants should ideally hold the following:

  • Working towards an RTPI accredited town planning qualification (2:1 or higher), together with good A Level (or equivalent) grades
  • Excellent written, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time keeping and organisational skills
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

 

Remuneration & Benefits:

Salary will be based upon experience. As a guide, the following salary bracket will be available:

Graduate Planner: to £22,000 pa

Additional benefits include 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays and generous Christmas break

  • Ideally some private or public sector experience
  • Excellent written, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time keeping and organisational skills
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Planning Consultant: to £30,000 pa

Senior Planning Consultant – Canterbury/Flexible

Skills & Qualifications:

We are seeking applications from Planning Consultants at all levels of experience due to our busy workload. However, applicants for this role should ideally hold the following:

  • Holding an RTPI accredited town planning qualification (2:1 or higher), or working towards such, together with good A Level (or equivalent) grades
  • Ideally holding an RTPI accredited Masters in town planning
  • Hold, or be working towards, MRTPI status
  • Private or public sector experience
  • Excellent written, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time keeping and organisational skills
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Salary will be based upon experience. As a guide, the following salary brackets will be available:

Senior Planning Consultant: to £36,000 pa

Additional benefits include mobile phone and 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas break
