Phil joined the planning team at L E P as a Planning Consultant in 2025, following three years at a national planning consultancy having completed his Masters Degree in Urban and Town Planning at University of Birmingham.
Phil has experience in providing land appraisals and strategies, preparing strategic and major residential applications, as well as coordinating submissions to local plan review public consultations.
Phil became a Chartered Member of the RTPI in February 2025.
