Christmas Drinks Reception 2018

The evening of Tuesday 11th December brought with it copious amounts of superb gin at our annual Christmas Drinks Reception, held at Copper Rivet Distillery within the historic dockyard at Chatham.

Copper Rivet Distillery produces small batches of outstanding gins, whiskies and vodkas, and is the only spirit maker in Kent to undertake the complete process of brewing and distilling, from grain to glass – making an exceptional tipple, if we do say so!

Set in the historic and magnificent Victorian Pump House No. 5, guests spent time admiring the wonderfully restored and adapted building, which cleverly retains much of its industrial heritage within the welcoming, modern interior.  Tours of the distilling hall together with tastings were provided throughout the evening, which proved a huge success with our guests.
