LEP welcomes Elouise Mitchell back with open arms

Elouise Mitchell

Elouise joined the practice in 2019 after starting her career in a Local Authority Planning Department, and now re-joins us after spending 2 years away gaining experience as a Planning Manager for one of the UK’s leading housebuilders.

During her time client side, Elouise provided land appraisals to support both immediate and strategic high-value land acquisitions, prepared strategic and major residential planning applications across the South East, co-ordinated project teams to adhere to tight programmes, and completed representations and land promotions towards Local Plan preparation.

Now back at LEP, Elouise will be leading and contributing to the preparation, submission and negotiation of planning applications, focussing on residential applications and master-planning.  She’ll also use her skillset to deal with complex major applications to other applications for mixed-use, leisure and education development.

Elouise is a Licentiate member of the RTPI, working towards full, Chartered membership. She is passionate about the environment and enjoys findings creative ways for development to integrate new and existing habitats.

Outside of work Elouise is a keen open water swimmer, and you can find her swimming in Dover harbour throughout the year. Elouise will be swimming an English Channel Relay in 2023 with her swimming group, the ‘Dover Darlings’.

The whole LEP team is ecstatic to welcome Elouise back into the practice.
