Being in nature has a proven positive effect on mental health, and so this week to coincide with #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek and the 2021 theme of ‘Nature’, we have encouraged the LEP crew to venture out and about into the great outdoors.  Taking time to immerse yourself into nature and pay attention to your surroundings can be a wonderful way to reduce negative emotions and improve your mood.  Annnnd…. relax…..
