Associate Sammy Bikoulis has been awarded ‘Registered Interior Designer’ status by the prestigious British Institute of Interior Designers.

The British Institute of Interior Designers (BIID), whose mission is to advance professionalism, integrity and excellence in interior design, is the UKs only professional institute for interior designers.  Their rigorous entry requirements review training, experience and levels of professionalism, with only applicants who reach a significant level of competence meeting the standard.

Lee Evans has offered interior design services for a number of years, and this recent accolade emphasises the skills and experience our team can offer.  With experience in many sectors including private and commercial residential sectors, education and conservation and historic buildings, our team can successfully curate spaces to meet (and typically exceed) client expectations.

Sammy and his teams approach projects with the simple goal – to provide functional and creative ideas that meet clients’ needs.  Each commission attracts a bespoke approach and the team consistently strive to ensure that timeless designs are created which incorporate the latest technologies and sustainable materials wherever possible.  New interiors projects commence with building user engagement – by understanding the client’s needs, the team can then take them along on a journey of exploration to create human-centred solutions that add value, whatever their scheme.

Sammy said:

“I am thrilled to become a registered interior designer, as awarded by the British Institute of Interior Designers. I have always wanted to make this passion and long-time hobby a part of my professional identity.  Since we established LEP Interiors, I have strived to promote and showcase the breadth of knowledge and talent within our team. Becoming a registered member of the BIID, the UK’s only professional institute for interior designers, solidifies our credibility and professionalism in the world of interior design, and I am excited to continue to build LEP’s interiors offering.  I look forward to joining my fellow BIID members forthcoming networking events and CPDs, sharing knowledge, exchanging opinions and working towards creating sustainable and cutting edge spaces”.

At LEP we are passionate about staff development and continued learning opportunities.  This isn’t just reserved for our younger members of the team, with many of our experienced professionals continually seeking ways to improve their skills and knowledge – helping us to build an incredible team who continue to grow and adapt to new innovations and technologies within the creative design industry.

Amazing work Sammy, and a very well-deserved accolade.
