Dulwich Prep London – Music School

  • Studios: Architecture | Planning
  • Client: Dulwich Prep London
  • Location: Dulwich, London
  • Completed: 2011

Extension to Dulwich Prep London’s ‘Hugh Woodcock Music School’ to provide a new entrance lobby and foyer, refurbishment of the auditorium area and creation of new administrative spaces.

The music school at Dulwich Prep London is a highly active department at the school, accommodating over 700 instrument lessons each week and regularly recitals in the performance space.

The new entrance is both striking and welcoming, with double height lobby with curved balcony, providing social and gathering space for staff, students and visitors to congregate before, during and after performance.
